He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ellis; his children, Tammy Ellis of Tullahoma, Tennessee and Tim Ellis of Titusville, Florida; his grandson Justin Ellis; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Addalyn and Everly Ellis of Ohio; his sister Jacque Raphael; his niece Caren Neely; and his nephew Jeffrey Neeley.
