He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee (Ted) and Annie Phillips (Irene); and his wife Linda Y. Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Phillips Burris; his son-in-law Colby Burris; and his granddaughter Lillie Irene Burris. He is also survived by his wife, friends, and family.
