He is survived by: his children, Franklin Fortner, Jr. of Tampa, FL and Daphne Wilson (Jason) of Portland, OR; his stepdaughters, Brittany Forrester (Stephen), Shirley Garner (Ray) and Missey Sayre (Kevin); his sisters, Delores Sanchez (James) of Hudson, FL, Mary Doctor of Hudson, FL and Lettie Bratcher (Paul) of Hudson, FL; his grandson Gabriel Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Kevin, Priscilla, Justin, Stella, Evelyn, Travis, Charlee, Carolina, Johnnie, Kaitlyn, Aubree, Matilyn, Kynslie, Savannah Geromel, Fallyn and Effie.
