He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Thomas Bentley II and Janalee Parker Bentley. He is survived by: his children, Paige Bentley, Sarah "Elisa" Bentley, Mark Bentley and Jon Bentley; his grandchildren, Taylor Bentley and Chayton Mailco; his children-in-law, Crystal Bentley and Mark Land; his sisters, Babs Ulmer and Nancy Raymond; his nephew Jeffrey Claridge; his nieces, Chris Clemens and Marley Claridge; and his former wives, Joan Bentley and Jessica Siple.
