He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Randolph and Margaret Katherine Whaley (Stills); and his cousin Troy Hasty. He is survived by: his brother Timothy Whaley; his niece Brittany Whaley; his uncle Shirley Hasty; his close friends, George and Mary Ann Taylor; and his cousins, Tony Hasty and Anita Hasty.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
