She is survived by: her children, Christopher Penn (Deborah) of Tullahoma and Tonya Owens (James) of Estil Springs; her sisters, Joyce Magorian of Richmond, Virginia, Janice Rix of Tullahoma and Judy Carter (Troy) of Winchester; and her grandchild Shaun Owens.
