He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Baker and Agnes Rutherford Baker; and his siblings, David Ludlam, Jackie Allen Ludlam, Marion Drew Baker, Dinah Lynn Baker and Carolina Baker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eddie Delon Baker of Texas and Marianna Cantrell (Carl) of Smyrna, Tennessee.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home (401 N Jackson St, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens (4758 New Manchester Hwy, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
