She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Maddle and Mossie Maddle; and her husband Don Toler. She is survived by: her brother Charles E. Maddle (Nellie); her niece Karla Maddle Smith (Jonathan); her nephew Martin E. Maddle (Tommie Maddle); her sister-in-law Louise Maddle; her niece Wanda Maddle of Rock Island, TN.; her nephew Gray Maddle (Susan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Destiny Maddle, Kaylee Smith, Charlie T. Maddle of Tullahoma, TN. and Dayton Maddle of Tullahoma, TN..

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in her honor to the Grace Baptist Church sign fund.
