Karen Rene Masters Obituary
The memory of Karen Rene Masters (Tullahoma, Tennessee), who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father James Allen Lewis; her brothers, Keith and Kelly Lewis; and her grandparents, James Williams Fletcher, Quilla Hodge Fletcher, Fred Paul Lewis and Lola Pearl Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Blakely (Austin) and Nicholas Masters (Morgan); her grandchildren, Destiny Morrison, Aceyn Blakely and Emmy Masters; her mother Peggy Fletcher Lewis; her sister Kim Sanders (Terry); and her sibling's children, Tiffany Hoffman (Jacob) and Dylan Sanders.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tullahoma Funeral Home (401 Westside Dr, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Parkinson's Foundation, in honor of Karen's generous spirit.
