He is survived by: his parents, David Floyd and Lori Ramsey Floyd; his sisters, Amanda Hazlett (Dustin) and Mallory Bailey (Scotty); his grandfather Harold Floyd (Barbara); and his nieces and nephews, Remi, Lennon, Sawyer and Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, Kyle's family asks that donations be made in his memory to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville.
