She is survived by: her husband William Don Burt Sr. of Tullahoma; and her children, Jeff Shadrick (Tracy), John Shadrick of Whitwell, Willaim Don Burt Jr. (Gina) of Tullahoma and Angelia Hannah of Tullahoma, Tennessee.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
