It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Frances Carter of Tullahoma, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Morgan and Beulah Reese Morgan; her husband Rex Carter; and her siblings, Robert, Guy, Fred Morgan, Marie Holloway, Ruby Grant, Elizabeth Steverson and Kate Barnes.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sheila Burns (Joe), Selina Todd (Randall) and Delayne Holt (Tim); her siblings, Inez Lewis, Gracie Ann Moore and Jerry Morgan (Anna); her grandchildren, Joey Burns (Lacey), Brian Burns, Justin Todd (Sheena), Ashley Taylor (Will), Mollie Tankersley and Alex Tankersley; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Sophia, Levi, Jade, Kiley, Olivia, Wyatt and Walker.
