With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Frances Payne of Tullahoma, Tennessee, born in Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Austin and Jessie Mae Rhodes Eslick; her husband Clifton "Pete" Payne; her son Ronald Wayne Payne; and her siblings, James Alan, Jackie Wayne Eslick, Ruby Louise Watson and Patsy Crowder.
She is survived by : her children, David Lee Payne of Decherd and Judy Martin (Tommy) of Tullahoma; her siblings, Bobby Jo Eslick (Terry) of Tullahoma and Barbara Randolph of Tullahoma; and her grandsons, Christopher Ryan Martin (Ashley) of Manchester and Scotty Brooks Martin (Lauren) of Belvidere. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
