She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Mullins and Jennie Bell Mullins; her husband James E. Smith; and her siblings, Donna Watkins (Jim) and Charles Mullins (Mary Ann).
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Dahl (James); her niece Jennifer Ferrell (Avery); her nephews, Jerame Watkins and Fred Mullins (Diane); her great-niece Jaelyn Woodward (Tyler); her great-nephew Jadin Watkins; Braxtan Lee Woodard.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (708 N Jackson St, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
