He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Gilliam of Tullahoma; his children, James Christopher Gilliam (Gena) of Nashville, Amanda Jeanne Gilliam of Tullahoma and Kathryn Anne Gilliam of Tullahoma; his brother Thomas Gilliam of Illinois; his brother-in-law John Andrew Gascon (Lulu) of California; and his grandchildren, Catherine Noël Morton, Virginia Abigail Nelson, Collin Steven Gilliam and Diana Eleanor Gilliam.
