She was predeceased by: her husband Milton B. Rice Jr.; her parents, John Thomas Brantley (Estill Springs) and Violet Aulene Ray Howell; her grandparents, Greenville Earnhart and Jesse Herman Ray; and her brothers, Donald Wayne and Thomas R. Brantley of Scottsboro, AL.
She is survived by: her sons, J. Todd Foster (Angela) of Chattanooga, TN and Jeffrey Dean Foster (Suzanne) of Tullahoma, TN; her grandson Nathan Foster (Kattie Jo) of Tullahoma, TN; her sons, Tyler Foster of Chattanooga, TN and Jake Foster of Chattanooga, TN; her great grandchildren, Payton Lucas Gold of Lynchburg, TN and Maverick Clark Saddler of Lynchburg, TN; and her sister Vicki B. Carlton of Lewisburg, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
