She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Talley and Virginia Lawson Talley; her brother Charlie Talley; and her son-in-law Tom Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband Paul Scott; her children, Janice Hamilton, Sheila Finney (Terry) of Jonesboro, Mark Scott (Lori) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Sandra Bigham (Wade) of Martin, TN; and her grandchildren, Ashley Kimbrough (Brandon), Brooke Thompson (Derick), Julie Finney, Brittany Webb (Tanner), Katie Stocks (Michael), Tucker Bigham and Nolan Bigham. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kilgore Funeral Home (215 Mitchell Blvd, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
