He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Kovach; his brother Jerry Kovach; and his parents, Frank Kovach and Emma Bertha Eidukot. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Kovach and Sharon Sizemore; his children, Teri Malone (Todd) and David Kovach; his grandchildren, Kelsey Bishop (Cody) and Brody Malone; and his great grandchildren, Carson Malone, Cassidy Malone, Sophia Brassfield and Kaden Brassfield.
