He was predeceased by : his parents, Grant Simms and Winnie Simms (Honea); and his wife Sandra Simms. He is survived by : his children, Cindy Garcia, Donna Mattox (Wade) and Bill Moore; his grandchildren, Bradley Finney and Dianna Garcia (Kaitlyn); and his great grandchild Brayden Finney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
