It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roberta Jane Proffitt (Tullahoma, Tennessee), born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 106, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Elmer Chenoweth McKibben; her husband Pat Proffitt; and her son John C. Profitt. She is survived by : her children, Patsy Housholder (Alan) of Nashville, Robert Proffitt (Melody) of Nashville, Margaret Bills (Steve) of Tullahoma and Glenn Proffitt (Sharon) of College Grove; and her brother Byron McKibben (Mary) of Woodland Hills. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
