He is survived by: his children, Dennis Holt (Jennifer) of Tullahoma, Tammy Taylor (Kevin) of Wartrace, Sharon Holt (Max Asmith) of Huntsville, Ashley Holt of Savannah and Georgia; and his brother Gerald Holt (Kathy) of Estill Springs. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
