It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Evan Dougherty of Tullahoma, Tennessee, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Jo Anne, Moger and Judy Anne Richardson. He is survived by: his brother James Dougherty; his grandfather Sam; his aunts and uncles, Susan DuBray (Rick), Ruth Owens (Todd), Helen Sewell (Chris), Trey Elder (Christine), Tiffany Hines (Bob), Beth Waller (Brandon), Jeff Richardson (Missy) and LeeAnn Craig; and his pets, Bear, Maggie, Lucy, Pepper and Oreo.
