He was predeceased by: his parents, Uy Pham and Phan Duong; and his daughter Nhien Pham. He is survived by: his wife Anh Pham; his children, Andy Pham (Judy), Amy Pham (Timmy), Vu Pham (Phuong), Gloria Pham Sfirakis (Matthew) and Sophia Pham Medendorp (Mattheau); his grandchildren, Danny, Dana, Annie, Christopher, Mai, Lien, Jimmy, Kayla, Jalen, Andreas, Lucas, Elena and Kai; and his siblings, Lam Pham and Trang Pham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kilgore Funeral Home (215 Mitchell Blvd, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
