He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Jarratt, Sr. and Virginia Sexton Jarratt; his son Jason Jarratt; and his brother John Jarratt. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cleveland-Jarrett; his children, Joseph Jarrett, Shannon Cleveland Kirkpatrick (Randy) of Jasper and Holly Cleveland Wiggs (Daniel) of Estill Springs; his grandchildren, Makayla Kirkpatrick Condra (Casey), Weston Kirkpatrick and Scout Wiggs; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Walker Condra.
