He was predeceased by: his parent N. B. Capley. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Faye Capley (Wilkerson) of Shelbyville; his children, Elizabeth Morgan Capley of Mt. Juliet and Kipper Isaiah Capley of Summertown; his sister Wendee Pendergrast (Michael) of Shelbyville; his close friend Dana Anderson of Tullahoma; and his nephews, Dr. Keaton Isaiah Pendergrast of Boston, MA and Cason Malachi Pendergrast of Shelbyville.
