He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Baxter and Wayne Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Roberds; and his children, Cynthia Baxter-Diggles (Patrick Diggles) of Gorham, Maine, Brett Baxter (Candy) of St. Augustine, Florida and Brice Baxter (Rhonda) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
