He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Olin Shields and Sara Jean Truelove Shields; and his siblings, Cynthia Luann Clore and Timothy Mark Shields. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Lynn Walter; his granddaughter Savannah Rose Levitski; and his sisters, Kimberley Sue Panter, Karen Elaine Hawkins (John) and Constance Mylissia Armstrong (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
