With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Joan Hickey (Turtletown, Tennessee), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 24, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Elizabeth Boyce Farr and Harry Farr; and her siblings, Iris Farr, Charles Farr and James Farr.

She is survived by : her children, Iris J. Morse, Ruthie D. Presswood, Geraldine Ann Zimmerman and Joseph W. Hickey; her grandchildren, Christain Zimmerman, Josh Zimmerman, Aaron Zimmerman, Joseph Z. Hickey, Mathew D. Hickey, Melody G. Hickey, Adan J. Hickey, Thomas Lee Z. Prince, Timothy J. Prince, John J. Madar and Gerald Riescher; and her great grandchildren, Reagan S. Howard, Andre L. Prince, Dominic Z. Prince and Kaleb Madar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
