He was predeceased by : his parents, David Reuben and Annie Mae Rice Edwards. He is survived by : his sister Reba Riddle (Ernest) of Johnson City; his close friend Carol A. Keesecker of Erwin; his niece Tammy Spears of Johnson City; his great-nephew David Austin Dykes; his great-nieces, Sabrina Dykes and Holly Spears; and his uncle Dorsey Edwards (Linda) of Erwin. He is also survived by Several aunts, cousins, and friends.
