She was predeceased by: her mother Ida Ruth Bradley; her husband Robert A. "Bob" Howell; and her aunt Willa Davis Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Diana Howell Tucker (Don) of Unicoi, Robert Howell of Greeneville and Mariana Howell Shepherd (Justin) of Gray; her grandchildren, Hillary Howell, Erin Miller (Dylan) and Jessica Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Alekzander Howell, Tucker Miller and Tanner Miller.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in memory of Donna to: Alzheimer's Association and/or American Breast Cancer Foundation.
