He was predeceased by: his father Albert Raby. He is survived by: his mother Betty Garland Raby; his children, Brain Clayton Raby of Knoxville, Elizabeth Raby (Kelly Caso) of Johnson City and Greta Raby (Kyle Crutchley) of Jonesborough; his grandchildren, Davey Caso and Zoe Raby; his siblings, Allen Raby, Sherry Wood (Jamie) and Diane "Punky" Moore (Jonathan); and his close friends, Kinney Ray, Jack Gaddy and Dee Gaddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Unicoi Funeral Home (4428 Unicoi Dr, Unicoi, TN 37692). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
