He is survived by : his wife Regina; his children, Matthew and Courtney; his father-in-law Robert Rice; his sisters, Barbara Kay Shead (Donald) and Nora Fay McDairmant; his sister-in-law Sharon Peterson; and his pet Chipper.

I know that you are finding comfort in your time of loss because of your faith. I also know that you hurt and are sad. The love you and John shared was beautiful. I’ll be praying for your for your comfort and for the joy of remembering all the sweet times you shared with John.”
