He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith Sluder and Susan Belle McKinney Sluder; and his siblings, Robert, Virgie, Harold, Edith, Jack and Hazel.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Moore Sluder; and his siblings, Ronald Sluder, Ray Sluder, Bill Sluder (Pauline) and Gerri Hayden (Dave Barrett). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
