He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Wiggins and Marguerite Williams Wiggins Cobb; and his brother Teddy Cobb. He is survived by : his wife Patsy Ford Wiggins; his sons, Mike Wiggins of Unicoi and Mark Wiggins of Unicoi; and his siblings, David Wiggins, Terry Cobb and Jo Anne Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
