He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sulllins and Barbara Gearhart Sulllins; his wife Angela Rutter Sullins; and his siblings, Rebecca "Becky" Gaskins and Roy Sullins.
He is survived by: his children, Robie Sullins (Hali) of Erwin, Jonathan Sullins of Unicoi and Emily Lamon (Sam) of Sevierville, TN; his brother John Sullins (Tammy) of Unicoi; and his grandchildren, Inman Sullins, Zaylah Sullins and Jack Sullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
