She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Thayer and Avis Thompson Thayer Wilson; her granddaughter Lisa Ann Britt; and her sister June. She is survived by: her husband Harry Eugene Britt; her children, Donald Britt (Louise) of Unicoi, Donna Martin (Sid) of Elizabethton and Phillip Britt (Rhonda) of Unicoi; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Hodges (Steven), Eric Horton, Aaron Akers (Brittany), Donald H. Britt and Theresa Lee. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Unicoi Funeral Home (4428 Unicoi Dr, Unicoi, TN 37692). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (Mountain Home, TN 37684).
