He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Emery; his parents, Garland Emery and Thelma Emery (Fawley); and his brother Curtis Eugene. He is survived by: the mother of his children Marla Miklis (Emery); his daughter Tanya Emery Benbow; his grandchildren, Ava, William and Caroline; his daughter Annika Emery Evans (Jason); and his granddaughters, Alaina and Olivia.
