He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Gouge, Sr. and Anna Mae Burgner Gouge; and his siblings, Leonard, Hoyt, Butch Gouge, Helen McInturff and Linda Hopson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gouge; his daughter Boudi Olivia Dunlap (Casey); his grandson Logan Dunlap; and his sisters, Judy Ray and Shirley Orr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Unicoi Funeral Home (4428 Unicoi Dr, Unicoi, TN 37692). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
