He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Gouge, Sr. and Anna Mae Burgner Gouge; and his siblings, Leonard, Hoyt, Butch Gouge, Helen McInturff and Linda Hopson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gouge; his daughter Boudi Olivia Dunlap (Casey); his grandson Logan Dunlap; and his sisters, Judy Ray and Shirley Orr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
