He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Ray and Letha Ray of Town Creek; and his siblings, Arnold Ray, Wiladean Haygood and Jean Garrett of Alabama.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Estes; his family Manna Ministries; his children, Deborah Bennett (Harlan) of Union City, Melissa Wheeler of LaCenter and Aaron Ray, Jr.; his stepdaughter Tammy Owensby of Union City; and his grandchildren, Cody Sowell (Macy), Mary Beth Long of Water Valley, KY, Callie Gray (Jody), Brandy Bennett of Union City and Liberty Payne of LaCenter. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38261). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
