He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Mary Ellen Black (Goodman). He is survived by: his children, Jeramy Black (Ashley) of Newbern and Samantha Black of Pasco, WA; his granddaughters, Hailey Daniels of Newbern and Macey Black of Newbern; his brothers, George Keith Black (Vickey) of Fulton and Thomas Neil Black (Laurie) of Danville, VA; his nieces and nephews, George Black, Bryan Black, Bella Black of Virginia, Madison Quinn of Troy, Elizabeth Hughey of South Fulton and Lilly Breeden of Union City; his mother-in-law Geraldine Bivens; and his sister-in-law Teresa Breeden (Mark) of Union City.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38281). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
