We announce the death of Billy George Hall of Union City, Tennessee, who passed away on July 8, 2026, at the age of 96. Billy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Eugene Hall and Alice Lee Anderson Hall; his wife Mildred Lovings Hall; his daughter Barbara Lynn Hall Dorval; and his siblings, Elizabeth Pierce, Clara Murphy, Ed Hall and Mack Hall.

He is survived by: his son Billy G. Hall, Jr. (Dianne) of New Orleans, Louisiana; his son-in-law Paul Dorval of Memphis; his grandchildren, Chelsy Hall Melvin (Michael), Dillon Hall, Abby Hall, Carly Duran (Austin) and Brianna Derksen (Zack); and his great grandchildren, George Melvin, Charlie Melvin and Wallace Derksen. He is also survived by father and grandfather and could often be found hosting family and friends.
