He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Wiley and Opal King Wiley; his wife Debra Jean Zubrod Wiley; his daughter Jillian Marie Wiley; and his brothers, Gerald Wiley, Billy Wiley and David Wiley.
He is survived by: his daughter Chandra Farley of Martin, TN; his grandchildren, Niccolas Rasberry of Union City, Payton Rasberry of Union City and Kandice Hodge of Hornbeak, TN; and his sisters, Jo Nelle Clay of Memphis, TN and Jane Cleveland of Covington, TN..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel (302 Carr St, Fulton, KY 42041). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
