He was predeceased by: his mother Mozell Brown Lovett; his sister Linda Kay Hooper; and his grandparents, Bura and Helen Brown. He is survived by: his wife Angela Work Hooper; his daughter Laura Hooper Sechler; his son-in-law Spencer Sechler; and his grandson Charles Todd.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38261). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
