He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blaine Cultra and Ruth Forsee Cultra; and his siblings, Carolyn Chapman and Bobby Cultra. He is survived by: his wife Judith Deal Cultra; and his children, Angela Cultra Covington (Joel) of Nashville, Jacqueline Cultra Gilliam of Martin, Virginia Cultra Barnes (Deon) of Union City and Edwin Spencer Cultra, III (Michelle) of Collierville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
