She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Polk and Odie Polk (Bridges); her husband Fred Morphis, Jr.; her children, James Robert Morphis, George "Freddie" Morphis and Deborah Clark; her son-in-law Jimmy Trout; and her siblings, Catherine Polk, Mary Tidwell and Robert Polk.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Trout of Union City; her son-in-law Nickie Clark of Martin; her grandchildren, Jason Morphis (Brittany) of Union City, Derrick Morphis (Kandi) of Rives, Bruce Clark of South Fulton, Dylan Trout (Sadye) of Troy, Jason Trout of Memphis and Shannon Belote of Memphis; her great grandchildren, Austin Morphis, Addison Morphis, Reuben Morphis, Dylan Clark, Nicole Clark, Paisley Claire Trout, Parker Kate Trout, Banks Trout, Bayler Trout, Skylar Belote and Scarlett Belote; and her great great grandchildren, Lena Clark, Gabriel Clark, Asher Chambers and Richard Sparks.
