He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Chuck" and Imogene Davis (Hopper). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Davis (Williams); his children, Carrie Matheny (David) of Troy and Ryan Davis (Kandance Wherry) of Union City; his grandchildren, Chance Matheny of Troy, Abby Davis of Jackson and Nora Davis of Union City; and his brothers, Ted Davis (Jeanette) of Obion and Jerry Davis (Ruth) of Union City.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made to American Diabetes Association or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Jeff was born October 17, 1953, in Union City, son of the late Leonard "Chuck" and Imogene (Hopper) Davis.
