He is survived by: his wife Martha Isbell (Cleek); his mother Darlene Satterfield (Warren) of Union City; his brother Mark Isbell of Union City; his children, Miranda Matheny of Union City and Garrett Matheny (McCall) of Union City; and his grandchildren, Neyland Tyler, Teagan Matheny and Colt Matheny.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38281). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Jeffrey's honor to an ALS organization or foundation to support individuals and families affected by ALS and the continued search for treatments and a cure.
