He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harrison Parks and Lucille Bullington Parks. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Barnes (Kenneth) of Union City, TN, Faith Herring of Bella Vista, AR and Clift Parks (Susan) of Duck Hill, MS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
