Norma Tarr Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Tarr of Union City, Tennessee, born in Samburg, Tennessee, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur "Pretty" and Fannie Marie Bell (Baker); her spouse Thomas Tarr; her daughter Cheryl Lynn Spring; and her siblings, Hazel Mae Copeland and James Alfred Bell of Samburg.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Tarr (Cynthia) of Nashville and Ted Tarr (Tina) of Allendale, Michigan; and her sisters, Vernie Wilson (Darrell) of Sparta, Mary Jane Bell of Union City and Wanda Busby of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
