He is survived by: his wife Cathy Davis (Cox) of Union City; his daughters, Dana Davis (Anthony) of Union City, Heather Hayes (Daniel) of Union City and Lindsay Maddox (Wade) of Union City; his grandchildren, Alex Davis of Union City, Aubrey Dysart of Union City, Kristian Foulks (Justin) of Union City, Kyndall Davis of Union City, Skyler Rushin of Union City, Jadyn Rushin of Union City, Brooklyn Maddox of Union City and Emmy Maddox of Union City; his sister LuAnn Wilson (Joe Thompson) of Union City; and his mother-in-law Minnie Cox. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
